This pitcher doesn't work, the light doesn't work, never charge or turn on
Lol, it should be cleaned, especially after touching with mouth while drinking, also it might clean water but not the sides of the bottle and the cap inside
I get very annoyed with companies that try to sell their products with misleading information. The bottle (500ml PureVis) holds 500ml, but if you fill it with exactly that volume, you won't be able to put the cap on. And if you read the manual you will see the text "Fill with clear water up to the indicator line". And that line is about 10mm above the Larq logo on the bottle. Yes, the line that lies far below the bottleneck. So the volume you can fill the bottle and get it working is around 370ml (which is 26% less than the stated 500ml). They never tell any buyer that, so most users are probably using this bottle incorrectly...

The lid does not need to be removed to add water thanks to the fill flap! If you need to remove the lid to replace your filter, you can gently lift the lid from the fill flap

Our larq pitcher's filtering speed suddenly slowed down. We noticed the water is just dripping when it was continuously pouring before. Anyone encountered this before? We already tried reintalling the filter and other parts inside but to no avail.
